Prospect Clients

  • 1. Do I need a wire frame for my project?
    Yes, absolutely. We can also assist you in developing an overarching wire frame.
  • 2. How long does it take to finish my project?
    To speed up the development process, we have adopted the agile production approach where the designers and the developers work on your project simultaneously. The average project development length is one to three months.
  • 3. How do you update me on my development progress?
    We update you via email whenever we meet one of your project milestones. Also, you can login to our Client Center to see the status of your project.
  • 4. What forms of payments do you accept?
    For small to medium sized applications (for example, less than 200 web pages), we accept check, credit, and/or debit card. However, for big projects, we only accept checks. Likewise, all the maintenance and support fees should be paid via a credit and debit card.
  • 5. Can you develop multiple websites and/or mobile Apps for me?
    Yes, absolutely! When you login to our Client Center, you'll be able to track the statuses related to your projects.
  • 6. What payment schedules do you have?
    Except for template-based website orders made online, all custom application development services can be paid in two or more installments depending on the size of the project.
  • 7. What maintenance and support options do you have?
    Once your project is completed, you can enroll into our comprehensive maintenance and support program. Specifically, we offer website, database, admin, mobile App, backup, and checkup maintenance services. The length of commitment varies from month-to-month to 6, 12, and 24 months.   • 8. I already have a mobile App (and/or website), can you maintain it?
    We do not maintain the application that is already developed, unless you submit an application improvement request, after which we can enroll you in our maintenance and support program.
  • 9. What is the "Project Roadmap", and is it already included?
    Any new custom application that we develop and/or improve comes with "Project Roadmap." It provides you with a strategic view of your application by defining different phases or milestones of your project. All of our custom application services come with "Project Roadmap" development service, and the clients can review them via our Client Center.
  • 10. Do you have any website and/or mobile services for client on the tight budget?

  • 11. Do you have any special discounts for non-profit or start-up companies?
    Yes, absolutely
  • 12. Do you currently accept the international clients?
    Currently, we only accept local clients located in the USA.
  • 13. How does your custom mobile and/or website development work?
    First, we finalize the wire frame. Second, we sign the contract. Third, we update you on project progresses via email and our Client Center. Fourth, we deliver your project and consult you on your maintenance and support needs.
  • 14. How does your custom mobile and/or website improvement work?
    First, we assess the current application and decide whether you'd be better off to re-develop the whole application or not. Second, we develop a comprehensive improvement plan, including detailed wire frames. Third, we improve your application in multiple milestones and update you on our progress. Fourth, we deliver your project and consult you on your maintenance needs.
  • 15. Are you using any Indian or overseas sub-contractors to develop my project?
    No, all of our staffs are local. We usually hire our staffs from top-notch local universities to help the local economy.
  • 16. How often do I need to come to the company to discuss the progress report?
    Once your project wire frames are finalized, we may meet you once or twice before delivering your project. Indeed, all statuses of your project including roadmaps, testimonial submissions, payment info, project info, and progress reports are available via our Client Center.
  • 17. Do you develop custom software? Currently, we do not offer any software development services.
  • 18. Do you have any service-exchange or partnership opportunities?
    Currently, we are open to service-exchange or partnership opportunities as long as your service fits our needs. Feel free to submit your request via our get-in-touch form, and we'll get back to you shortly.
  • 19. What factors do you consider when you give me a quote?
    Our quotes depends on many factors like intuitiveness, design, scalability, security, reliability, and usability of your application. Thus, our quotes will cater your small business needs.
  • 20. Do you have any referral program?

    Although we are young in the IT business, we have distinct achievements that were accomplished just within the last 16 months, such as WEG2G website and mobile App (over 500 pages), Med Appt App (advance software for doctors), and College Park Food Deals App (advance software for restaurants) to name a few.

    Unless specifically requested otherwise, we have casual dress codes.
  • 4. How much traveling should I expect?
    Majority of our jobs do not require any traveling.

    Our office working hours are 9:30AM-5:30PM from Mon-Friday.

    We only offer PTO to our full-time staffs.
  • 8. How do promotions and advancements work at DC Web Makers?
    We promote our staffs based on demonstrated competencies rather than seniority.
